12th Dimensional Healing™ is a transformative new healing modality developed by Zen Within Academy founder Katie Sutton through her years of experience as an intuitive channel and healer. In her online programs Katie shares the very techniques she used to awaken to her highest self and life purpose and the techniques she uses with her 12th Dimensional Healing™ clients everyday. This helps you experience any situation, person or event at a higher frequency or octave.
This doesn’t mean that all your problems immediately disappear but it allows for a perspective shift which is the first step in transforming all aspects of your life. THE INTENTION
If you’ve read through this page you are familiar with all the pieces of the program being offered, but I want to be sure that the underlying intention is clear.
When I started Zen Within a few years ago it was born out of my own spiritual journey to healing. Years of suffering through life and only having brief glimpses of deep happiness and joy led me here. I knew that this life had something more to offer and I was determined to find a practice to get there.
Countless hours of study and training brought me to this one conclusion. Our happiness and joy in life is directly proportional to the vibration we carry.
Our unique resonant vibration is out of tune when we have other people's energy, lies and trauma in our space. If we want to increase our happiness we must raise our vibration and that starts with the practice of releasing through self-activation.
Just like we can't pour from an empty cup, we cannot manifest the life we want if we are operating from other people's lies or traumas that have been placed within our space.
We must step forward beyond the shadow of other people's opinions of us and take control of our own healing. This program is meant to do just that.

How do I know which learning path is right for me?
I decided to offer different learning paths because I know that we each need different levels of support. If you are a self-starter who’s good at managing your own accountability and timeline then the Solo Journey may be right for you. If you like more hands-on support and guidance than the Guided Journey may be right for you. Just like with any course the time and energy you put in will determine the results you receive.
What if I can’t join a Group healing & Q/A Call(included with the guided journey) live?
Those sessions will be recorded and will take place the fourth week of each month. You will be invited to those healing and Q&A calls for three consecutive months (while you are enrolled in the program).
Is this course beginner friendly?
Absolutely this course is beginner friendly, but it’s also for those who have been on the spiritual path for a long time. The tools and techniques I share in this course are meant to empower you to make the most of your natural gifts(whether or not you know what they are) and to have good healthy energetic boundaries in all facets of your life while doing so. This Level 1 course is a foundational study that will help you walk through life with more ease, grace and joy and will set you up for a good energetic foundation should you want to continue on to be certified in Level 3 and Level 4.
